Indorex Household Flea Spray to kill fleas in your home

Indorex flea spray

wI have recently had friends with flea problems in their home where even their children were being bitten. Indorex household flea spray is the one product I have recommended to them as I feel it is one of the flea products that really works. It has to be bought at a pharmacy or vet but can be purchased over the counter. It is superior (and cheaper) than household 'bombs' that release vapours into the rooms to kill the fleas. It contains permethrin and pyrproxyfen.

wIt is licensed to kill house dust mites and control them for 1 year following application. House dust mites can also cause severe allergic skin diseases in pets - my own dog suffers with this allergy!

wDO NOT spray your pet with it. 1 adult flea will produce 75000 eggs which lay in your carpet and hatch when it is warm. Indorex kills them and lasts for 12 months. A five second burst will treat approximately 1 square metre of your home.

wShake the can well before use. Hold it at about 50cm from the surface to be sprayed.

wUse Indorex by spraying directly onto (and if possible) under carpets and rugs, blankets, upholstered furniture, tiles, skirting boards; paying particular attention to cracks and crevices, carseats, car boot and your garage if applicable.

wIndorex rarely stains but it is advised that you test an out of sight area of fabric before use. Always apply lightly to avoid wetting furniture and carpeting and do not over-apply to polished wood surfaces.

wCover any fishtanks and do not spray it when your pets are in the room, especially birds. Cats normally flee at the sound of an aerosol. Spray mainly carpets as well as any cracks or crevices.

wIt does not stain furniture and should be sprayed in a sweeping motion holding the can upside down. Spray any cushions or upholstery that your cat sleeps on and concentrate on areas next to a radiator and where the sun shines through onto a carpet.

wWhere you suspect heavy flea infestations, the hosue should be vacuumed daily for one week after spraying with Indorex. This encourages flea pupae to hatch out; they will then come into contact with Indorex-treated surfaces and die very quickly.

wLeave the room for 1/2 hour once used. It does not leave a bad odour. It is very flammable so nowhere near any flames. Wash your bedding, do not spray them.

wFinally, do not forget to spray your pet carrier if there are any rugs in there as well as in the hoover bag and even in your car if your pet is a frequent traveller and has had live fleas.
